Connie has worked with top-management development, strategic implementation, and change management for more than 15 years. She has been working with organizations around the world: large and small, private and public, for profit and non profit. Connie has lived and worked in 5 continents, she speaks 4 languages fluently and holds psychology degrees from the University of Sussex (Brighton, UK) and Argosy University (Washington DC, USA).
 

Connie’s areas of particular expertise are leadership development, organizational development, and change management – all at a strategic level. She is able to rapidly assess an organization, create an overview of the critical challenges, and suggest solutions that align with the organizations strategy and requirements.

 

With a keen understanding of the connection between corporate strategy, culture and people, Connie works closely with management to develop and execute a plan that is realistic, sustainable and creates results.

Signe is a Danish-American psychologist specializing in relationships and emotional intelligence. Based in New York City, she works as a leadership consultant in Scandinavia and the United States. Signe holds a PhD in psychology from Fordham University and a BFA in film from New York University. In addition to her work as a leadership consultant, Signe is the founder of an online start-up specializing in relationship education and clinical training for psychologists. 

Signe applies her training in systems thinking to her work as a leadership consultant, examining how making systemic changes has the power to influence organizational success. She works with managers to explore what motivates behavior and identifies blocks to meeting organizational goals.

 

Signe's goal is to help leaders connect with their inner resources to become more effective strategically and relationally, as a they meet the demands of today's business world.

Over the past 27 years, Jerome has served thousands of executives, managers and teams in more than 70 world class companies in multiple industry sectors. Jerome’s focus is helping leaders and teams enhance their effectiveness in the context of strategy execution. He sees his role as a catalyst for the success of the clients he works with and therefore aims for the relationship to be an empowering one.

Jerome has an M.B.A. from Cranfield School of Management in the UK, a postgraduate degree in Management (HR) from Wits Business School in South Africa and a B.A. in Organizational Psychology & Organizational Sociology from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

He is certified in many leadership development and change management tools and processes (e.g. Situational Leadership II, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Change Acceleration Process, Six Sigma Master BlackBelt) as well as in Executive Coaching.

Jens Christian Hovind is an Organizational Psychologist working with organizational development and leadership in global organizations. The programs he develops and conduct are designed to stimulate growth and to connect strategic ambitions with culture and technology. He is an individual contributor and has worked for clients from Finance, Biotech, Logistic, IT, Manufacturing and Consumer Electronics sectors.

 

Jens consults, trains and coaches senior leaders and their teams in how to succeed reaching their organizational goals. Execution in times of change has become a central part of his work and a unique competency. He uses three working languages (Danish, English and Norwegian) and has extensive Nordic experience. Recently, he has created and executed innovative programmes to implement aggressive strategic targets, Talent development programs for global talents, Executive Team Collaboration programmes and helped CEO’s merge midsized companies.
